I’ve seen the company grow, from small beginnings to big payment streams. And I've grown with OPP every step of the way. OPP isn't about staying in your lane. At some point I organized lunch, did our own financial administration and set up all the computers. It was time to choose one direction and gain more focus. When my manager at OPP asked me what I wanted to do, the team fully supported me when I said I wanted to work in finance. Now I’m even leading a team, diving into everything that comes with it. From feedback sessions to sick leave management, there were a lot of first times but OPP really made sure I got the support I needed in order to succeed. And for me that sums it up: OPP’s commitment to employee growth is genuine. They encourage ambition and provide the resources to achieve it.

Dylan — Team Lead Operations
I’ve been riding the OPP rocket for 5 years. I started as an office manager, juggling everything from lunch runs to computer setups.
Now? Now I'm the Finance Operations Manager leading a team of two.

One of my proudest achievements was working on the merchant portal. Seeing it hit one million logins was an amazing milestone that showcased the impact of our work.
After 15 years there is still so much to learn at OPP. It's the open culture where everyone's voice matters, regardless of position.
