What started as OPP’s very first recruiter grew into a leadership role. OPP became the place where her ambition, talent, and personality accelerated.

I started as a recruiter. Then I took on a Talent Manager role. Today, I’m Head of People & Culture. Not because there was a clear plan, but because OPP kept trusting me with things I hadn’t done before. With every step, the questions got bigger and the margin for error smaller. But the constant was trust. I was encouraged to make decisions, learn fast when they didn’t work out, and stay close to the people behind the numbers. That experience changed how I work and how I lead. It gave me ownership, sharper judgment, and the confidence to stand behind my choices. I wasn’t shaped to fit a role. I grew with the company, in real time. That mix of trust, ambition, and room to figure things out is what truly supercharged my career.
