What you’ll do as a Senior Sales Manager at Online Payment Platform
What started as five people, a small office, and a few nerf guns (to stay awake) has now grown into one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintechs. At OPP, we build the technology that powers the next generation of e-commerce. From eBay to Ikea, billions in transactions already flow through our systems. We don’t just handle payments—we enable platforms to accept, hold, and disburse funds securely.
As Senior Sales Manager – Platform & Embedded Payments, you’ll be the commercial lead for one of our most high-potential verticals. You’ll take full ownership of our Embedded Payments proposition—driving sales, shaping go-to-market, and tailoring solutions for SaaS ecosystems, B2B marketplaces, and platform businesses. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, legal, and compliance, turning complex payment needs into scalable, revenue-generating solutions. All while being part of a tight-knit and experienced sales team.
Job requirements
Your track record shows
You have 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or solutioning in fintech, embedded finance, payments, or B2B platforms.
You’ve worked at or with PSPs, ERPs, procurement or accounting SaaS, or ISVs.
You understand platform dynamics—ISVs, B2B ecosystems, APIs, onboarding flows, virtual accounts, and payout orchestration.
You’re sharp, strategic, and know how to build trust across senior stakeholder groups.
You’re entrepreneurial, proactive, and collaborative—able to lead, co-create, and close.
You speak and write excellent English. Additional European languages? Bonus.
You’re based in the Netherlands and able to work at our Delft office three days per week.
