Supercharging the PSP no marketplace can do without
If you’ve ever paid other users on platforms like Marktplaats, (eBay-)Kleinanzeigen or booked a holiday home via Nature.house or Micazu - chances are you’ve already met us. Our technology empowers marketplaces. Not just by arranging payments - it also allows platforms and marketplaces to accept, hold and disburse funds for their users. Due to our growth, we want to add a Project Lead to our team. As a Project Lead at OPP you bolster our CEO's initiatives. Your primary role will be to closely collaborate with the CEO, driving our growth and coordinating cross-functional projects. Your mission: to seamlessly align and propel our strategic objectives, shaping the next chapter of OPP's success story.


As a cornerstone of our company, you will:

  • Collaborate directly with the CEO (Maurice) and Founder (Richard), steering our growth and orchestrating cross-functional projects.

  • Drive operational excellence and efficiency across teams, pinpointing and capitalizing on opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and tools.

  • Serve as the liaison between staff, leaders, and partners, facilitating seamless communication on innovation programs, project updates, budgetary concerns, strategy planning, and beyond.

  • Cultivate and manage pivotal relationships with team members, stakeholders, and executives, both internal and external, to expedite action and elevate operational efficiency.

  • Unite individuals towards common objectives, vigilantly monitor progress, and steer required actions to ensure success.

Job requirements

Your track record also shows
+ A proven track record with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
+ Demonstrated ability to work together with cross-functional teams.
+ Experience in (fin)tech is a must. 
+ Experience in dealing with members of the board and challenging them when needed.
+ Great interpersonal and presentation skills.
+ Fluency in English.
