Work on an impactful product that serves millions

If you’ve ever paid other users on platforms like Marktplaats, Kleinanzeigen, and Gumtree, or booked a holiday home via Nature.house or Micazu - then you’ve already met us. Our technology doesn't just arrange payments, it also allows platforms and marketplaces to accept, hold and disburse funds for their users. As a product designer at OPP, you’ll play a major role in shaping the user experience across our different touch points, such as:

  • The OPP Partner and Merchant portals

  • OPP Payments and Onboarding pages

  • Our internal Admin product

Your role is to deliver our users a unified and best-in-class user experience across these different interfaces, to not only support their daily business needs, but improve our platform's scalability and increase conversion.

What you'll do

  • Create a deep understanding of our users needs and align the OPP solutions with
    their goals and requirements.

  • Engage with our customers to better understand how they use our interfaces, and
    how we can tailor these to better meet their business needs.

  • Leverage data insights to create more intuitive user interfaces and improve scalability
    of our products and reduce the load on operational teams.

  • Create and maintain the OPP design libraries to ensure a consistent look and feel
    across our different interfaces.

  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous
    improvement of our products and elevate the quality of our interfaces.

Job requirements

Your track record tells us

  • A Bachelor or Master Degree in Interaction (Product) Design or related fields, or
    equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in designing complex software solutions, preferably within the
    FinTech or SaaS space.

  • You are a detail oriented self-starter who shows initiative and is fueled by curiosity.

  • Portfolio with user-centered design cases, each supported by a solid explanation.

  • You’re a team player who is open to different perspectives to sharpen your ideas.

  • You know Figma like your own backyard.

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
