Be the lifeline for millions of merchants

If you’ve ever paid on platforms like eBay Kleinanzeigen or Gumtree, then you’ve already met us. Our technology doesn't just arrange payments, it also allows marketplaces to accept, hold and disburse funds. Working with millions of merchants and billions worth of transactions each year, means we rely a lot on our internal Support Team. You ensure all issues are solved smoothly. Think of daily tickets and calls regarding transactions initiated on eBay Kleinanzeigen, one of our biggest clients. Despite enjoying a high level of autonomy, you will team up with our tech team. And the bonus:

Job requirements

Your track record tells us

+ Customer service is embedded in your DNA.
+ You have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role.
+ You have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

+ Besides being fluent in Deutsch, a proper level of English is required due to our international team and clients.

+ Being ambitious is key since you might be able to expand, optimize, or control support tasks such as web care or chatbot in the future.
