We’re hiring a Business Onboarding Employee.

Ensure only trustworthy businesses enter our digital realm If you’ve ever paid other users on platforms like Marktplaats, Kleinanzeigen, or booked a holiday home via Nature.house or Micazu - chances are you’ve already met us. Our technology doesn't just facilitate online payments, it also allows platforms and marketplaces to accept, hold, and disburse funds for their users. We serve about 15 million consumers and businesses and handle billions worth of transactions each year! Being a Business Onboarding Employee at Online Payment Platform means, you will play a vital role in our Onboarding team. Your job is to verify business clients on the platforms we facilitate online payments for, ensuring adherence to KYC procedures and regulatory requirements. Moreover:

• Conduct checks on business clients during their onboarding process.

• Verify and authenticate client information and documentation.

• Identify and analyze potential risks and/or suspicious activities.

• Work together with Support and Compliance and help us add structure as we scale!

Job requirements

Your track record tells us

• 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role.

• Experience in, or the ability to quickly learn about FinTech and Payments

• You know a thing or two about KYC/CDD.

• Eager to work in a dynamic scaleup where not everything is set in stone.

• Motivated can-do mindset

• Laser-sharp attention to detail + analytical skills.

• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English is required, along with one of the following languages: German, Spanish, or French.
